Terms & Conditions

It is not necessary for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a Client accepts a quote, then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions. It is the Client’s responsibility to have checked and read these terms and conditions before making the payment and signing up for the project.

Project Management

Ron Studios will appoint a project manager to oversee the progress of the project and act as the primary point of contact for the Client. The project manager will provide regular updates and ensure that the project stays on track. The Client agrees to communicate with the project manager promptly and to provide any requested information or materials in a timely manner. The project will only move forward if the Client provides the necessary content and materials for the project to progress.

Ron Studios will provide the Client with an estimated project completion date in the project proposal. We will strive to meet these deadlines; however, we are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, delays in Client feedback, lack of response from the Client in providing content, third-party service interruptions, or changes in project scope after the project has been accepted and an advance payment has been made.

The Client agrees to provide Ron Studios with all required materials and content necessary for the completion of the project. All content must be supplied in the agreed-upon format and within the specified timeframe. The Client guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to Ron Studios are owned by the Client or that the Client has permission to use them.

If the Client does not provide the required content and materials within three months, the project may be considered inactive and can be canceled by either Ron Studios or the Client. In such cases, if the Client decides to cancel the project and requests a refund (which is subject to approval by Ron Studios or as determined by Ron Studios), a cancellation fee of 50% of the advance payment will be incurred.

Client Review

Ron Studios will provide the Client with opportunities to review the design and development of the project after the Client has provided the content. The Client must provide feedback within the specified timeframe. Failure to provide feedback in a timely manner may result in project delays. Upon completion of the project, the Client will have a final review period to request minor adjustments. Major revisions not discussed initially may incur additional costs.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available before the project moves into the design and development phases. Once the project has commenced, no refunds will be issued. If the Client cancels the project after the design phase but before the development phase, a partial refund may be provided at the discretion of Ron Studios, based on the work completed. If the Client has not communicated or responded to any correspondence, only 50% of the advance payment will be refunded, as decided by Ron Studios. Any refund due will be processed within 60 to 90 days from the date of cancellation.

Design Credit & Marketing

Ron Studios reserves the right to place a small credit link at the bottom of the Client’s website, which links back to our website. The Client agrees not to remove this credit without our consent. If the client has removed the design credits without permission, a fee of 30% of the total cost of the project will be applied.

Additionally, Ron Studios reserves the right to display the completed project as part of our portfolio and to use the Client’s name and logo for marketing purposes.

Access Revocation Disclaimer

If the client has revoked access to the website, plugins, or third-party applications used for the project without prior communication or informing Ron Studios that access will be removed and transferred to another company or individual, Ron Studios will hold no responsibility for any issues that occur thereafter. This includes but is not limited to website downtime, data loss, viruses, bots, or unauthorized access resulting in data breaches.

In such cases, technical support will be automatically terminated, and Ron Studios will not provide any further support or be held liable for any related consequences. All pro licenses will automatically be closed down, and it is the responsibility of the client to issue new licenses and pay the fee charged by the license provider. Additionally, all yearly fees for plugins, including WordPress updates, will need to be paid and managed by the client.

Agreement Termination

If the client fails to respond to communications or provide necessary content or materials for the project for a period exceeding three months, Ron Studios reserves the right to terminate the agreement. In such cases, Ron Studios may consider the project inactive and may initiate a cancellation fee of 50% of the advance payment made by the client. This fee compensates for work already undertaken and resources allocated by Ron Studios. The client may request a refund of any remaining balance after deducting the cancellation fee plus other associated costs for either the existing project or any other past project.

Additionally, if the client engages in behavior including, but not limited to, disrespect, discrimination, defamation, false accusations, rude communication, threats, or uses foul language or offensive words via chat, email, or phone against Ron Studios, its employees, contractors, or other clients, Ron Studios reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately and may pursue legal action.

Termination of the agreement under these circumstances releases Ron Studios from any further obligations related to the project, and the client forfeits any rights to completed work or deliverables. In such instances, no refund will be provided, and the client will be responsible for any outstanding fees or costs incurred up to the date of termination.
